It’s Time To “Repent & Return”–Why September 23 and 30 Are Significant To God?

I have two children and like all children sometimes they misbehave. But my son always says, “Mom, at least give me a warning so I have a chance to stop and change.” God the Father has given us warnings so big we can’t miss them.

Sign Number One—The Great American Solar Eclipse was a warning sign that we entered the “season” of Jesus’ return and that the “King Is Coming!

On August 21, 2017 a sign from God appeared in the Heavens at mid-day and streaked across America. The sign, a Solar Eclipse, will appear on the first day of the 40-day Jewish season of Teshuvah, a season of repentance and return to God leading up to the Day of Atonement. Why America? Perhaps, the USA needs to repent! (Source: https://www.teshuvah2017.com/teshuvah-2017-prayer-initiative/)

Sign Number Two–Four Celestial Signs on September 9.

Plus on this day in history—September 9, 1776 Congress officially renames the country as the United States of America (was the United Colonies).  By the way, the last time a solar eclipse had complete totality ONLY in the USA was in 1776.

Sign Number Three–A Biblical Prophecy  confirmed by a Political Sign. Watch the video by Pastor Mark Biltz: God’s people NEED to know what TIME it is–the year of “Peace & Safety”.

“For you yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so comes as a thief in the night. For when they say, “Peace and safety!” then sudden destruction comes upon them, as labor pains upon a pregnant woman. And they shall not escape. But you, brethren, are not in darkness, so that this Day should overtake you as a thief.” (1 Thessalonians 5:2-4, New King James Version)

Sign Number Four–The Revelation Chapter 12 Sign (a rare constellation alignment) takes place on Sept. 23 at 6:35 pm in Jerusalem—by the way, Jerusalem is 7 hours ahead of EST.

Sign Number Five–The Jewish People will be observing the Sabbath of “Return” (Shabbat Shuvah) from sunset Sept. 22 to sunset Sept. 23!

Shabbat Shuvah (“Sabbath [of] Return” שבת שובה) refers to the Shabbat that occurs during the Ten Days of Repentance between Rosh Hashanah and Yom Kippur. Only one Shabbat can occur between these dates. This Shabbat is named after the first word of the Haftarah (Hosea 14:2-10) and literally means “Return!” It is perhaps a play on, but not to be confused with, the word Teshuvah (the word for repentance). (Source: https://www.hebcal.com/holidays/shabbat-shuva)

The Ten Days of Awe (Ten Days of Repentance) occur between Sept. 23 and end on Sept. 30–The Day of Atonement (Yom Kippur).  According to the Messianic Prophecy Bible Project, “On Yom Kippur, the closing service is called Nillah, which means the closing of a gate. The tradition in Judaism is that up until this very last moment, we can repent and pray for God’s mercy; but when dusk comes and the fast of Yom Kippur is finished, the gate is closed and judgment is sealed. In the Brit Chadashah (New Testament), Yeshua (Jesus) said He is the gate for His sheep. “I am the Gate, whoever enters through Me will be saved.”  (John 10:9)

Jesus (Yeshua) seems to like puns—Is Jesus leaving clues that He will return on the Sabbath of Return during the time of Return (Teshuvah/Repentance)?

We should all be prepared to meet King Jesus at all times, but especially during this holy season.  Do you know Jesus? Click here to learn more.
