The following message is a warning from the Lord given on Thursday, September 14, 2017…
Please take the warnings seriously, as they are from the Lord, and His people are just submitted messengers. Expect to hear prophetic words and revelation from women (as well as men) in these end times.
Psalm 68:11, GOD’S Word Translation – “The Lord gives instructions. The women who announce the good news are a large army.”
Ezekiel 33:4-5, Living Bible – 4 then anyone who hears the alarm but refuses to heed it—well, if he dies, the fault is his own. 5 For he heard the warning and wouldn’t listen; the fault is his. If he had heeded the warning, he would have saved his life.
“The one who obeys me is the one who loves me; and because he loves me, my Father will love him; and I will too, and I will reveal myself to him.” (John 14:21, Living Bible)
God wants you to have eternal life and come into the kingdom of heaven. But if you are practicing sin, you cannot enter in. Jesus died to pay the penalty for your sins AND to deliver you from the power of sin—that means you have the power through the Holy Spirit to stop sinning.
Ezekiel 33:11, Living Bible – 11 Tell them: ‘As I live, says the Lord God, I have no pleasure in the death of the wicked; I desire that the wicked turn from his evil ways and live.
You cannot count on past obedience or good works to save you. Just because you used to follow the Lord, doesn’t mean He will make an exception for a sinful lifestyle today.
Ezekiel 33:12, Living Bible – 12 For the good works of a righteous man will not save him if he turns to sin; and the sins of an evil man will not destroy him if he repents and turns from his sins.’
Once you receive salvation through Christ, you cannot go back into sin.
Hebrews 12:14-15, New King James Version – 14 Pursue peace with all people, and holiness, without which no one will see the Lord: 15 looking carefully lest anyone fall short of the grace of God;
Hebrews 12:16-17, Living Bible – 16 Watch out that no one becomes involved in sexual sin or becomes careless about God as Esau did: he traded his rights as the oldest son for a single meal. 17 And afterwards, when he wanted those rights back again, it was too late, even though he wept bitter tears of repentance. So remember, and be careful.
But TODAY it is not too late to repent. God is gracious and merciful, if you repent now, He will forgive ALL YOUR PAST SINS.
1 John 1:9, New King James Version – If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
Get out of sin and stay out. Jesus gave you a white robe of righteousness when you became born-again—keep your garment white. Don’t let it get stained by sin. Imagine a house that is burning down. The people inside must get out and stay out. Why would you run back into a house that will be destroyed? God will judge sin and sinful flesh. If you remain in sin, you will be destroyed.
But we are not in the flesh if we are born-again and follow the Spirit of God. If a believer sins, he is grieved about the sin and repents. Then the Holy Spirit helps that believer resist sin.
Romans 8:13, New King James Version – For if you live according to the flesh you will die; but if by the Spirit you put to death the deeds of the body, you will live.
How do you resist sin?
>> Pray and ask God to help you resist temptation. (Matthew 26:41)
>> Read the Word of God to renew your mind in that area. (Romans 12:2)
>> Add fasting to your prayers (that’s how Jesus resisted sin when He was tempted in the wilderness—Luke 4:1-13)
> Confess the Word of God out loud regarding the area of temptation (Luke 4:3-13)
